Petri Net Editor
org.promenade.net-editor
Draw a Petri net or an object-centric Petri net by hand and publish it as an artifact. Declare object types to turn a plain net into an OCPN: places and arcs gain a type, and arcs can be marked variable. Reads and writes PNML.

| 0.2.2latest | 16 Sept 2026 | 142 KB | Draw a Petri net or an OCPN by hand and publish it, or open an existing one and edit it. Declaring object types turns a plain net into an OCPN: places and arcs gain a type, arcs can be marked variable, and a silent transition must belong to exactly one type — the same rules the host validator enforces, said about the thing on the canvas. Reads and writes PNML, including OCPN Studio files, whose colour sets are adopted verbatim as object types. Editing a mined net publishes a NEW artifact whose input is the one it was edited from; node ids survive the round trip, so an edited net is still the same net to anything that correlates by id. Also: an authored net now carries its counts, so it gets a subtitle in the artifact tree like everything else, and the Publish button stays readable on hover. Needs an app with HOST_VALIDATED_TYPES (2026-09-16 or later): the two net types are core, and a package may normally publish only types it declares itself. |
