Play-out
run.promenade.playout
Simulates an accepting Petri net into a real event log — the inverse of discovery. Cases arrive as a Poisson process and activities take service time, so concurrent branches genuinely overlap rather than being interleaved after the fact; a seed makes the whole log reproducible. Either a sample of the process in operation, or every distinct trace the model can produce. The result is an ordinary event log: every miner, view and conformance checker in the workspace reads it, which is what makes a model testable and a miner benchmarkable against a process whose ground truth is known.
