Raw Artifact Viewer
run.promenade.raw-artifact-viewer
Looks at an artifact the way its storage does: a tree of the files actually present in its OPFS directory — Parquet relations, the catalog sidecar, a materialized JSON payload, anything left beside them — and, for a selected Parquet file, a paginated table of its rows straight out of the file, with its schema, row-group count and compression codec. The catalog's list of relations and what is on disk are not the same list, and this view is about the difference: it is the panel to open when a log's numbers look wrong, when an artifact takes more space than it should, or when a plugin's output needs checking against the bytes rather than against another view of them. Every value is rendered by DuckDB itself, so what the table shows is what the file says, not a re-interpretation of it.

Versions
| Version | Released | Size | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.1.1latest | 8 Sept 2026 | 69 KB | First release: a per-artifact file tree of what is physically in its OPFS directory, and for a selected Parquet file a paginated table of its rows straight out of the file — schema, exact row count, row groups and compression codec from the footer, values rendered by DuckDB so the table shows what the file says. Needs app 2026-09-08 or later: it uses the host's new views[].readsFiles capability (promenade.files() / openFile()), and against an older app the panel stays blank. |
